We're looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop and implement a regional sales strategy. You will support existing business and identify and grow new business in key target areas. The successful candidate will join a growing business with clear goals and aspirations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets
  • Develop and plan growth strategies in conjunction with the General Manager and senior management team
  • Develop pricing strategies to deliver improved sales margin performance
  • In conjunction with the General Manager, you will be required to deliver infill campaigns to maximise revenue and productivity
  • Build competitor intelligence through competitor profiling
  • Develop/co-ordinate telesales and marketing campaigns to drive growth

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience in a direct selling role
  • High levels of motivation
  • A confident and polite manner, with excellent communication skills
  • High levels of commercial, financial and business awareness
  • A desire and ability to go the extra mile; to exceed expectations
  • An aptitude for building exceptional customer and internal relationships
